Job Description

Rolling Plains Management Corporation is seeking applications for a Case Manager II for the Central Office in Crowell. The Case Manager II provides information about RPMC programs/activities and all community resources. This position is primarily Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.  All applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess general computer skills and, a Bachelor’s degree in sociology or related field; or, a non-related bachelor’s degree or associate degree with one-year case management/customer service experience; or, a high school diploma/GED with two years of case management/customer service experience.  Interested persons may apply at www.rollingplains.org.  Please attach resume to the application.  Position will remain open until filled.
